Great base for exploring Florence

Loved our 4 night stay here. We thought the location was great - not too touristy so felt more like a local. Lots of interesting bars and restaurants around Santo Spirito and less than 10mins from Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio. The two ladies who run it were very friendly and helpful. Spacious room, comfortable bed, decent shower and really appreciated the great coffee available at all hours. Would definitely stay again.

This was a surprisingly good place to stay. From start to finish I felt comfortable. Gulia was awesome and she recommended all the must see places when in Florence. I can’t recommend this place enough. Oh and the breakfast was yummy and beautiful, literally everything we wanted they had it. Definitely we will stay again when we come back to Florence.

Very friendly staff. Showed us a lot of great places to visit. They offered us free coffee and breakfast which was very nice of them. By far the best service we’ve had. Rooms were clean. Great location just a few minutes walk from the main square.

Point positif:l’accueil des propriétaires, la propreté, le calme, de bons restaurants à proximité, le quartier de Santo Spirito est très agréable et les principaux sites à visiter ne sont pas très loin. Il est également à signaler que les propriétaires de cet établissement parlent français. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésiter.

Völlig zufriedenstellend

Sehr sauber, gutes Bett, nicht mehr ganz neu, aber wir waren positiv überrascht. Nette Inhaber, wir waren nur hier zum Schlafen. Teils sehr hellhörig, vor allem zur Strasse hin, aber das wird man überall in Florenz haben, wenn man nicht viel zahlen möchte. Liegt gut, man kann überall hin. Das Parkthema ist etwas schwierig, es gibt in der Nähe 200-500 m Parkgaragen, die man für rund 30 CHF pro Nacht nutzen kann.

Perfect

Velmi krásný a útulný pokoj pro dvě osoby s klimatizací. Majitel B&B byl velice ohleduplný a staral se o nás jako o vlastní rodinu. Ohledně příjezdu jsme byli v kontaktu přes mobil i e-mail. Žádný zádrhel v komunikaci nebyl. Po příjezdu jsme dostali info o městě, mapu a užitečné rady. Pokoje čisté, tiché, s klimatizací. Čísla pokojů zde nejsou, místo toho se pokoje jmenují podle florentských osobností. Navíc dostanete sladký dárek na uvítanou. Pokoje jsou vybaveny skříní, postelí, lampou, lednicí, Tv, dokonce i trezorem. Koupelna čistá, funkční se sprchovým koutem. Signál wifi je silný. Na chodbě je Pc pro potřebu informací apod. Vydatná snídaně je v ceně, ráno je ve sdílené jídelně k dispozici káva, čaj, mléko, pečivo atd. Do centra k mostu Ponte Vecchio 5 min pěšky. Hotel je situován v poklidné čtvrti Oltrarno s pestrým výběrem restaurací se slušnými cenami poblíž baziliky Santo Spirito. Hned za rohem při východu z hotelu se nachází vstup do městského parku Boboli. Celkově velmi příjemný personál i místo. Ideální pro páry či jednotlivce. Při odjezdu se musí zaplatit městská daň 3 eura den/osoba, není problém si po domluvě nechat kufry na ubytování poslední den, když chcete jít ven na poslední procházku či oběd. Celkově paráda.

Die Lage war top. Wir konnten die Innenstadt zu Fuß erkunden. Die Unterkunft sowie das Zimmer waren sauber, das Bad winzig. Da neben uns ein Theater lag und wir am Wochenende dort waren, war es etwas laut. Eduardo ist ein hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Inhaber. Er gab uns gute Tips. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Parkgarage mit 28,00 Euro pro Tag nicht günstig, aber anderes geht es dort leider nicht.

Lite hotell, B&B, like ved Ponte Vecchio, i gangavstand til alle byens severdigheter. Ganske lite og mørkt rom, men rent og pent. Like i nærheten var det mange gode redtauranter. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening.

Premetto che sono stata in bassa stagione e ho avuto la stanza migliore del BB. Ampia pulita, con tutti i confort tv e Wi-Fi, soffitto piacevolmente decorato ed un bel bagno grande. Personale cortese e colazione abbondante. Non potevo desiderare di meglio!
