The vote is nice and updated. The air conditioning did not work so we had to open up the window and the mosquitos were bad. The amenities were nice but the coffee machine did not fit into the electricity socket. I love the breakfast and location

Clean, comfortable hotel suite with friendly staff and hearty breakfasts. Great location: away from the crowds but walkable to city centers, nearby bespoke boutiques and a convenient store. Must be willing to traverse a lot of steps, as the suites are several floors up—there is a slender elevator. Overall, a great stay!

The cleaning was spotless and the breakfast was delicious. Transportation is easy with the train station nearby, and shopping and restaurants are possible within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we had a good stay, although there were times when we were in a hurry to get in touch with the front desk when an irregularity occurred late at night!

Great stay in Florence

Stayed here for 2 nights in April with wife and 12 year old son. Great location with friendly staff, good breakfast. Good size room with high ceilings .Great bed. Mattress was firm and comfortable, with quality bed sheets. Great working air conditioner! There is few flights of stairs up to get to the place, but there is a small elevator. We liked everything here. Would stay again if ever in Florence !
