Toilet very dirty, water leakage in toilet, slow shower, breakfast very much poor, noisy environment.

まずこの値段で1人部屋はフィレンツェではないと思いました！しかも1人部屋なのに部屋はとても広く、ベットはダブルベッド、2mくらいある鏡台はとてもオシャレでした！朝食はとても簡素な物でしたが、ホットチョコレートを部屋の外にあるマシンで飲み放題はすごく嬉しかったです！ただ、もう1枚布団があったらもっと良かったかな。是非オススメします！

Struttura non lontana dalla stazione Firenze S.M.N. facilmente raggiungibile col tram su rotaia.Camera ampia,luminosa,letto comodo.Servizi igienici in comune puliti e ordinati.Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.Un voto in più per la gentilezza e totale disponibilità della gestrice.Grazie per la cortesia,tornero' sicuramente.

Great location , we booked a room with a shared bathroom , there was hardly any water and we also couldn’t charge our telephones . Our continental adaptors would not work .

Pokój OK jeśli się nie oczekuje luksusów. Minusem było wifi które nie działa w pokoju, a na korytarzu było bardzo wolne.Dla zmotoryzowanych - brak miejsca parkingowego w poblizu, wszystkie miejsca pozajmowane, wiec jest z tym problem. Niedaleko jest parking ale platny 1,6euro/h przez 24h

Die Damen die uns empfangen haben waren alle sehr nett, leider musste man sich das Bad mit 2 andren Zimmer teilen, es gab dort nicht mal ein Handtuch und keine Seife, einer der anderen Gäste hat auf der Toilette geraucht, was garnicht geht, ursprünglich haben wir 2 Nächte gebucht, sind nach der ersten Nacht allerdings gegangen, da die Bahn alle 5-7 min fährt und die direkt vor der Tür vorbeiläuft, früh um 7 Uhr hat zudem ein neuer fast geklingelt und es war richtig laut.

２日間泊まりましたが、１日目はエアコンも扇風機もなく、窓を開けて寝てましたが、トラムの音がうるさく、眠れませんでした。 スタッフにそれを伝えたら２日目は扇風機のある部屋に変えてもらえたので良かったのですが。

I booked the hotel room, but we didnt stay there. First of all the customer service lady her name is Yolanda if im right, she was very rud and unprofessional. We arrived around 10 pm and waited her about an hour. Finaly, i went down to find her. She was sitting on the third floor next to the computer, and her first quetion was who im. The hotel horrible and smels pee pee everywhere. Everything is old and seems disgasting.Im very kind person and i dont like to leave bad reviews, but on this time i will. We left from this hotel, we didnt stay there for many reasons. Im highly recomend DO NOT BOOK this hotel room!!!!!

Une nuit à Florence

De passage, nous avons dormi une nuit dans une chambre spacieuse. La personne qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique. Chambre propre. Salle de bain commune mais très spacieuse et propre.pas très loin du centre de Florence, nous avons garé la voiture sur une place bleue et nous avons visité le centre ville à pied.

We didn’t like this property at all. There is no human contact. Entry doors were locked solidly and there was no way to get in without phoning a person that didn’t speak English well and motormouthed terribly. We only got in the front door by following another tourist with a key. All keys were left in envelopes on a couch. You should drop this place from your site.

Economico ed in ottima posizione, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ambiente e arredamento un po' datato, ma non è un problema se non si hanno pretese di eleganza e modernità. Peccato però sia un po' trascurato e poco curato nelle piccole cose. Ad esempio maniglie dell'armadio staccate, tavoletta del wc fissata male, lampadine senza paralume, specchi vecchi che deformano, tutta roba che potrebbe essere sistemata con davvero poco impegno. In compenso nessuna trascuratezza per quanto riguarda la pulizia, tutto pulito sia nei bagni che nella camera, lenzuola ed asciugamani puliti ed in ottimo stato. Nelle camere non c'è aria condizionata, ma hanno in dotazione un ventilatore, che comunque non ho avuto bisogno di usare, tenendo la finestra aperta la stanza risulta sufficientemente arieggiata e rinfrescata. Non ho riscontrato rumori particolari provenienti dalla strada ed ho passato una notte tranquilla. La colazione viene servita in stanza e non è molto ricca (pacchettino di fette biscottate, croissant confezionato, piccole marmellate e caffè in cialda), ma è inclusa nel prezzo, sempre a disposizione dell'ospite bollitore e bustine del tè nell'aera comune. Magari non è il posto ideale per lunghe permanenze, ma per una notte va più che bene. Un po' di disorganizzazione ai campanelli: il b&b è al 4 piano, ma non la reception e non era segnalato, suonando non mi rispondeva nessuno, ma è bastato telefonare direttamente alla reception per risolvere e farsi aprire.

La struttura è in una posizione molto favorevole, vicino ad una fermata del tram e a dieci minuti circa a piedi dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella. Il prezzo è imbattibile considerata la media delle strutture nella stessa posizione. Necessiterebbe però di un po' di lavori, soprattutto ai serramenti in quanto la struttura è vecchia e sia io che un altro inquilino abbiamo fatto

Отель находится рядом с вокзалом, поэтому не далеко от центра и удобно добираться с вокзала, но Рядом проходит линия трамвая и поезда, поэтому спать невозможно, кондиционера нет, поэтому летом нужно открывать окно, безумно жарко, вентилятор не работал, белье чистое, уборка хорошая, в ванной нет ни одного крючка чтобы повесить полотенце и одежду.

부모의 원수가 숙박한데도 한 번쯤은 말릴 곳.... 호텔 아닙니다. 염전노예처럼 좁은 공용샤워장에서 씻어야 합니다. 주차가능이라고 되어있는데 (니 돈 내고)주차가능 입니다. 후기 읽어보니 서양사람들도 성화가 이만 저만이 아니네요. 한국분들은 인터폴에 쫓길 때 말고는 절대 숙박하지 마세요. 왜냐하면 주인이 잘 없어서 문을 안 열어주니 잡힐 일도 없을 듯 하네요. 저도 한 시간 동안 앞에서 벨만 누르고 있었습니다.

Scarso, fuori aspettative.

Structura adatta a persone in transito o studenti in via di sistemazione. Non risponde alla offerta di Parking in quanto si deve parchegiare dove si puo e in strada...La specifica del bagno e al quanto imprecisa e porta a confusione dato q i bagni sono condivisi. Il posto è piutosto difficile da raggiungere. Il chek in/out e gentile e didponibile. Colazione con tutto confezionato. Il prezo elevato per il servizio.
