Nadia is the loveliest. It feels like living at your grandparents. She took care of us and provided great recommendations/tips and tricks about Florence and it’s surroundings. Would definitely book again.

Great little hotel at a cozy neighborhood not far from Florence center, lots of local cafes and stores in the vicinity. Special thanks to Nadia who helped with the air conditioner, dinner recommendations and a delicious breakfast every morning. Ciao Nadia!

The staff is amazing! We arrived late due to s last minute travel change, but called the number and had no issues. The woman who cleans and offers breakfast is amazing! There isn't a lot of frills, for for the money this place checked every box. The care from the staff was above and beyond, and the cleanliness was appreciated. The location is great, and a short 10-15 minute walk to city center.

Hostess lovely and helpful. Room was clean enough but had two single beds pushed together which wasn’t great. Shower door very hard to open and had a cracked screen. Unfortunately a very noisy area with a lot of traffic and people yelling all through the night. Overpriced for what it is.

Amazing!
Florence was an amazing city. One of our favourite in Italy. The host was very genuine and caring. Any requests wasn't a problem and she cleaned our room everyday and did her up later best to keep us happy. The B&B was a bit of a walk to duomo and Centrale mercato but as a young couple we did not mind and enjoyed the walk as we we astonished by the beautiful view!

Convenient and inexpensive
The B&B guesthouse was a very convenient and inexpensive place to stay while in Florence. Do not expect anything fancy or modern, none of this, yet the place was quite clean, the room had all necessary amenities required and there were no particular neighbourhood noises being very quiet.There is no lift in this building. Lucia who is the lady taking care of everything in this B&B gives all her efforts in making you feel welcomed and comfortable. There is a very straight forward short walk from the train station as the B&B is on the other side of Florence centre.

Nice for the money
We were lucky enough to be put in the Suite which was a lovely room with a balcony. It really was a lovely suite with old world charm however it was cold-they offered many blankets but the room was just so drafty. The bathroom was decent but the shower was very small (but that was ok-just thought we should mention it). The bed was awful, not enough pillows, the mattress was uncomfortable and it was one of those deals where they put two singles together to make a double ---which really should not happen in a suite. Lucia who ran it was lovely and will help you as much as she can but if you speak English that help will be limited to her English- again this is not a complaint from us-but more about what to expect.

Great location!
15 minute walk to the city. Very safe area. Breakfast was good to start the day. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Very good location, walkable to all attractions.

B&B Mia's place was a great location and walkable to all of the sights. The air conditioning was not very effective and the beds were very hard. The rooms were clean and staff was helpful. The street was so noisy, having the windows open at any time was not an option. I slept with ear plugs and could still hear the traffic the entire night.

Love this place
We travelled with a 3-year old. Staff was amazing and accommodating. Breakfast was bigger than anywhere else we stayed. Location by the river with playground close by. It's a great part of town. I would stay there again. Big room, huge bathroom with bathtub, with a safe and a fridge. It's a good deal for the price point. Staff is there until 5:30 with access to staff at a different hotel if need be after hours.

As a b&b place is nice and cozy. Clean and nice. Staff are kind and hospital. Bed is good. Bathroom nice and clean. Location is not crowded.

Perfect location and service.
Great B&B and great inn-keepers. Very accommodating. Served us breakfast both the days we stayed there. Let us use the microwave and fridge to prepare our daughter's food and store my wife's birthday cake. The location was very close to city center and was great and quiet. We had a great time. Also, there is an Indian restaurant in the street parallel to this one which is awesome. I would definitely stay here again if I ever go to Florence.

A nice clean b&b with clean if basic facilities. Stayed in a room with the kids.. Double bed was comfortable, and in room bathroom was clean and shower was very good. The lady in charge, Agnes was very pleasant and helpful.. I would recommend it as a basic stop

one night in Firenze
We spent one night to discover Firenze. The check-in was easy over the phone. The room was really comfy and clean for a couple and a young child. The staff was great, the lady taking care of the facilities is a gem. The breakfast is nice. The situation is ideal to visit Firenze walking. We would definitely come back here next time.

Beau séjour à Florence
B&B propre et personnel très accueillant. Très sympa pour visiter Florence car à 20 minutes à pied du centre le long du fleuve. Un peu bruyant la nuit, on entend le bruit des voitures et du couloir depuis la chambre. Petit déjeuner très bon. L’hôtel nous a conseillé des super options pour manger à proximité.

La signora che gestisce il B&B (semplice e carino) è molto gentile. La colazione è buona e la signora è sempre disponibile nell'accontentare gli ospiti. C'era solo un piccolo problema nel soffione della doccia che non si riusciva a bloccare e nella guarnizione delle porte (di plastica) della stessa che non la tengono chiusa per bene.

おかみさんが満面の笑みとイタリアントークで迎えてくれます。地元のアパートの一棟を使っていて、地元感を味わいたい方はいいかも。全体的に清潔に手入れされています。場所は中心街から少しだけ離れているので、バスを乗りこなすか、ちょっと時間をかけて20分くらいですが歩く必要があります。

Proche (15-20 min) à pied des premiers centres d'intérêts et ceci via un chemin agréable en bord de l'Arno. Très bon petit déjeuner. Accueil très sympathique. Possibilités de transports en commun juste à côté (bus 12 par exemple) pour aller ou revenir du centre. Rue relativement bruyante et peu de places de parking "gratuites" (de plus normalement réservées aux résidents, mais jamais contrôlé). Par contre des places "payantes" proches sont disponibles et des places gratuites se trouvent un peu plus loin.
