"It’s a lovely hotel, our bedroom was basic and decoration a bit dated. The staff were very nice, but best of all the location was lovely- views and a short walk in daylight through the forest. The food was very expensive in relation to the hotel - and difficult for us as we were a mix of vegetarians and other needs. It was a great experience and value for money. Great hot chocolate- in the best cups and saucers. "

"UNSAFE FOR FEMALES! The room door is missing the chain and/or bolt lock, and the deadbolt panel was crooked so the deadbolt didn’t work. There is no peephole either, so when a man started pounding on my door at night, I was concerned. The front desk staff came up and didn’t see him. I asked them to review the cameras- NO CAMERAS! "Hotel is situated at a good location within the old town. Nevertheless, taking advantage of this to deny any functionality or care to bathrooms in rooms and to common places in general is just not fair considering the prices being charged. A shower with full mold in grouts or a hand held shower head with broken height adjuster is just simple disrespect to not only the industry being part of, but also to the guest. This is my second stay in the hotel and it's getting worse as time passes. Never again!"
