The hotel had friendly and helpful reception staff, free onsite parking, and clean spacious rooms. That’s where it stopped. The shower head holder was broken, the room had paper water cups and no spoons with the coffee cups, they didn’t clean the room or provide new cups when they did the room service. And the restaurant was a joke, the staff have no idea what customer service is, I had to get up to ask for water and extra drinks when it was table service, and it was over priced. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis OK, allerdings hatten wir nach der Präsentation im Internet erwartet, daß das Hotel direkt am See liegen würde, was aber nicht der Fall war. Der Besuch im Restaurant war allerdings sehr 👍

Nous avons réservé une suite pour un week-end à Aix Or nous avons été doublement déçus : Premièrement par la qualité assez moyenne de la suite (éclairage défaillant, cuvette trop petite, chasse d'eau qui coule en permanence, finitions, hôtes indésirables, ...) Deuxièmement par le petit dej, complètement déplorable pour 15€, à 8h30 tout était vide, les tables utilisées non dressées, pas de nouvelle vaisselle pour se servir, un choix de base hyper limité, cela dit ça aurait été passable/acceptable s'il avait coûté 3-5€ grand max En plus de cela, un parking toujours plein Bref, des prestations dignes d'un 2* ou moins, loin des prestations habituelles des Best Western (Les photos parlent d'elles-mêmes)

Stayed for one night when driving through. Was ok for that. The floor and rooms were suuuuuuper hot!! Thermostat read 27 C! Had to keep sliding door to balcony (nice balcony!) wide open all night to maintain a survivable temperature. Cleanliness of bathroom could have been better, between the rails of the towel rack was very dusty.

Excellent week-end détente

Excellent séjour pour un week-end détente en couple. Très bon accueil du personnel. Hôtel agréable et bien équipé (bar, salon, billard, jeux vidéo, piscine, jacuzzi...) tous les équipements sont fonctionnels et parfaitement accessibles. Les petits déjeuners pris au restaurant de l'hôtel sont bons et complets. La vue terrasse du restaurant sur le lac est très agréable. Si vous venez en train veillez à anticiper un trajet d'environ 30 mn à pied (les bus ne circulent pas le week-end) ou 10 mn en taxis.
