The hotel was conveniently situated to walk to the town centre. It was quiet, very clean and nicely decorated. Modern bathroom and comfortable bed. There are a few things that could be improved, either bottled water in the mini fridge or a jug to put water in, a socket near the mirror to use own hairdryer etc and also more bath towels. We only had one between two, we only realised after dinner and the staff had gone home. Overall it was a nice stay and we would stay again.

Nice, but noisy

The premium room is nicely renovated, flawlessly clean, still pretty small. There is a lot of noise from the park I guess children playing all day long and at night some machine or a/c working in the middle of the night every half an hour for a couple of minutes ( not sure what it was) I tried to complain, but the young lady at the reception did not know English, so no result.

Bon hôtel Aix-les-Bains

Très bon accueil. Hôtel très bien situé et récemment rénové. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Bonne literie. Parking. Personnel professionnel. Éviter les chambres côté Musée Faure car elle donne sur la villa Sasson qui accueille des sdf. Nous étions réveillés chaque matin vers 6h par les éclats de voix des personnes sur la terrasse.

Comme mes précédents séjours , je recommande à 100% , petit déjeuner tjrs aussi bon et , comme les autres fois , en plus avec le sourire des employé(e)s.Appartement spacieux très propre , tout y est pensé pour le confort , personnel d'accueil et d'étage agréable. Parking privé gratuit dans la cour de l'hôtel , à 5 mn à pied du centre ville. J'ai passé un très bon séjour et je reviendrai très certainement.

Personnels agréables. Lit très confortable et linge de toilette très agréable. Propreté irréprochable. Petits déjeuners incroyables. Il y a beaucoup de chose a voir en dehors de la ville en alentour du lac Bourget chateau vignobles bonne bouf .Dans la ville cétait moins attrayant pour choisir un Restaurant .Mauvais timing ou ressession ? Jolie quand même la ville , mais tous ce passe a voir a extérieurs de la ville. Très comfortable le lit et le personel a ecoute des clients ....
