"We loved our stay. The house is as-advertised. It would be great for people of all ages, but was especially well-equipped for our group - 4 adults and 5 young kids. We especially enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings after kids went to bed. The location is perfect - a short stop from the YMCA and a short drive to downtown Estes Park and RMNP. We've stayed in Aspen Brook once before. We'll be back again one day soon."

"Our stay at Aspen Brook was perfect! It was conveniently located near RMNP and downtown Estes Park. There was enough room for all 5 of us without feeling on top of each other. The Spice Rack was within walking distance. Def check it out for coffee and pastries. Communications leading up to and during our stay were clear and concise. The check-in and check-out couldn't have been smoother."

"This house was perfect for our group in nearly every way. The split levels gave each family privacy but allowed us to spend as much time together as we wanted. We all thoroughly enjoyed the surroundings and the views, we really felt like we got the most out of our trip to Colorado by being so surrounded by its natural beauty at all times. The house felt totally private but still close to RMNP and town. It was clean and well appointed, and the 2 interactions I had with staff were easy and professional. We would all happily return!"
