Simply delightful! Walk 50 steps to the Big Thompson River and fish awhile, sit on the deck among the Evergreens and listen to the rushing water, mountain breeze and wildlife. We have our own terrific cleaning crew who will make sure your cabin is sparkling clean before your stay! This newly remodeled cabin features all the amenities of home with that "cabin in the mountains" feel. Completely new kitchen - fully equipped, new washer/dryer, new beds and furniture - Everything you need for that Rocky Mountain getaway. New beginning 2022 - Central Airconditioning added for your comfort!
Only a 20 minute walk into Moraine Park, RMNP, and 2.5 miles from downtown Estes Park, makes a stay at Aspen Brook the best of both worlds! Evergreen Stay

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at the Evergreen. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We saw wild life every morning, the sound of the river was peaceful, entrance to RMNP was only a few minutes away, and it is quiet all day long. We definitely plan to visit again!

Great location in Estes Park

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin is on the edge of Estes Park - a river running by the property but also short drive to downtown - best of both worlds! Cabin was clean. Communication with owner was great. We had a fun time!

We love staying in Evergreen at Aspen Brook. Tamara was great in responding to a little problem we had with the oven temperature. We would definitely stay again and our whole family loved how beautiful and well equipped the cabin is!

We absolutely loved our time in Estes Park, and this cabin in Aspen Broom was part of the enjoyment! It is wonderfully appointed with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. The beds were comfy, and the location was peaceful with the river just steps away. The best was just sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee. The location was super convenient to town and RMNP.

Easy access

We so enjoyed our stay here! It is located in a small subdivision just yards from the river so our 16 year old was always able to occupy himself with fishing! It was within 5 minutes of Estes Park so easy to go to town to shop or get ice cream in the evenings. RMNP entrance also just 5 min.

Beautiful cabin by the river

We had an amazing time at this property. The house is perfectly situated right across the road from the river so you could sit on the deck and have coffee or wine and enjoy the cool breeze and see and hear the rushing water. It is a lovely home, with all conveniences, full kitchen and washer/dryer. The bedrooms were comfortable and the living room was nicely furnished and had some games the kids enjoyed. Highly recommend this property for your next Estes park vacation!

Great end of summer getaway!

We were very pleased with the Evergreen Cabin in Aspen Brook! Tamara was very attentive and helpful from start to finish. The house was clean, charming, and had all of the extra little things (plenty of paper towels, dish soap, etc.) to make our stay easy. The layout was perfect for our family of four plus my mother who enjoyed the king on the main floor. We would definitely stay there again!
