Amazing trip!
The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. The property was exactly as described and very cozy. Great location to explore surrounding sights, we did day trips to the GrandCanyon, Sedona and Snowbowl.

Such a great time! Loved the hot tub and the coziness of the cabin. Perfect place for our honeymoon! Definitely will be staying there again next time we come to flagstaff.

Snow Globe Weekend
The property was excellent . Beautiful interior. Loft was incredible. Big Bathroom . Heated BR floors were a bonus for sure! The hot tub was fantastic!Plenty coffee, cocoa and wine ! We were blessed with record snowfall so the already beautiful view was like we were in a snow globe . Short drive to Snowbowl and Flagstaff We will definitely return!

Clean and cozy cabin, well located close to downtown. It has everything needed. Its size was perfect for my family. Impressive views. Property manager was responsive and supportive. We would love to come back soon.

Inviting and Quiet Retreat
My husband and I arrived just at check-in. You could smell the cleanliness of the property. The dogs loved it as well. It was quiet, peaceful, and a cozy environment. We had such a wonderful stay and the owners were attentive with any questions. Could not ask for better accommodations. A++++++++ and would love to give 10 stars.

We liked the seclusion and all the nature. It was beautiful, everything was beautiful. We love it was pet friendly! The hosts work very hard and it shows.

Weekend getaway
We had a lovely weekend stay at the Bear's Den! The patio is a quiet and peaceful place to read a book or hang out by the fire pit. The jacuzzi was a highlight- it is new, clean and a great way to relax! The cabin itself was beautiful and I really appreciated the cute fall decoration. Thank you for creating a beautiful and relaxing place to spend a weekend away!

Absolutely Perfect! Highly Recommend!
Booked this home for our trip out to Arizona to celebrate my husband's birthday. We planned to do quite a bit within the days that we were there, so I booked this home in Flagstaff hoping that it would be a nice central location and boy am I glad that I picked this place! Not only were the homeowners extremely nice and easy to communicate with, but the location was superb! We were able to go down to Sedona one day and then up to the Grand Canyon the next. Plus the home is only a 15 minute drive up to Flagstaff so we were able to get groceries easily and drive up to Flagstaff for dinner one night. The home was super cute, very clean, and very well stocked. We had everything we needed! And we loved getting to relax in the hot tub at night when it got a little chilly. If we get a chance to stay here again, we would! Thank you Russell Family!

Bears Den
We really enjoyed our stay here! It’s in a great location, in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. The house is clean and comfortable. Beds were really comfy. The hot tub is awesome. There’s also a grill and gas fire pit. It had everything we needed, and extras like coffee and wine were a great touch! We would definitely stay here again if in the area, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

Pros: Fantastic responsiveness when minor issues arose, comfortable beds, great hot tub, nice kitchen which was large enough to allow multiple people to move around, awesome trees Cons: The cabin had a plug in air freshener, the soaps and even the trash bags were scented, so for the people with asthma/sensitivities it was a bit of a mine field. Neither pro nor con, really, just informational: No coffee maker, but there is a Keurig (I realize that many would list this under pros, but we regretted not bringing a french press) Would stay again and make minor adjustments knowing what we know now,!

Cabin was amazing, so cozy. Bed so comfortable. Snow made it beautiful, probably the best time to be there in my thoughts. People around nice, all around a peaceful, comfortable. Amazing environment, would for sure recommend it to people and definitely will come back, FYI the jacuzzi could of used a cleaning. Besides that great. Oh could of used some more bears too, lol 😆 I love 🐻! Thank you for the hospitality!

My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. Keith was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. The cabin was clean, quiet and peaceful. It was great getting a break from our busy schedules to sit by the fireplace and watch the snow fall and also have the option of sitting in a massive colorful jacuzzi and watching nature. The jacuzzi is amazing! The hosts even provided complimentary wine and coffee. We had a great time and would love to come back soon.

We had such a wonderful time staying in this cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The Host Keith and his wife were so kind and accommodating for us and went above and beyond to help us out with some weather related issues. We would 100% recommend staying here. Very peaceful and homey
I rented the Bear’s Den for a month and loved my stay. The property was very clean inside and full of amenities. Virtually all you needed and more was provided. I used this space for remote work and the WiFi was very strong. It hiccuped one morning but Chris the owner had it reset and it was back to full strength in no time. Chris is very responsive. If you need something, he’ll take care of it. I’d like to rent from him again someday. I recommend staying here.

My family and I had a great time celebratingour son's 13thbirthday. The owner was awesome from the time of booking to check out. He offered great tips for the area. The upstairs was beautiful. Feels like your in the woods but with luxury. We would definitely stay here again

We planned a trip each day. Most everything is within an hour or so. Then came back to the hot tub and/or fire pit. So peaceful. We would definately recommend staying here. Chris made sure we knew he was available if we needed anything.

Quiet, out of the way retreat
Stayed over Easter weekend while visiting Sedona. The cabin is about 45 minutes from Sedona via a beautiful scenic drive along route 89A. The cabin had plenty of room for the family and was fairly well stocked with kitchen items for cooking (including coffee). My kids, wife and I loved the hot tub after a long day of hiking and off-roading in Sedona. Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Bear's Den! Tranquil, beautiful, whimsical decor, extras like vintage video games, Alexa, Hot Tub (which we didn't use, but would have been amazing I'm sure!) made this property nearly perfect! The only reason for the 4-5 stars was the vintage popcorn maker had not been cleaned (which we didn't use anyway), and a bit of unfinished carpentry (need to be very careful on the staircase, just a bit steep, probably not the best for small children or the elderly). But we would definitely stay there again! Already told friends and family about it!

I am glad you enjoyed your stay. The flooring hasn’t been completely finished (just a tiny corner) is because the flooring hasn’t come in from the distributor yet. The factory was shut down due to COVID and it has taken several months for the flooring to be manufactured and shipped. Sorry about this minor inconvenience. I wish you would have asked.

Great Stay
We had a great time during our stay. The Bear’s Den was just the relaxing getaway we needed. The amenities and accommodations were wonderful. We enjoyed the hot tub and coffee on the deck. Chris was great and we appreciated his communication. We will be back!
