One of the highlights was the outdoor wellness area: the sauna, plunge pool, and spa bath were exceptional and made for a truly memorable experience. "Spacious, very clean apartment, in a lovely area. Just a few minutes walk to the centre of Tromsø. Amazing views from the balcony from which we could see the Northern Lights. We were easily able to locate the apartments unlike some other reviewers. "

"We were lucky to get upgraded to a master suite which was very welcome. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was vast with something for everyone. The hotel is in a convenient place with pick up for Northern Lights tours just outside along with airport buses. Close to many restaurants and shops too. Decor is starting to be on the verge of a need of a refresh but still looks nice on the whole."
