I loved the location, which was right by the pier and within walking distance to sights, shops, and restaurants. Parking garage was nice, but entry/ exit way was a nightmare. Room was small but enough for one night. Unfortunately, very noisy even at night.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. One thing to note, which is not on the hotel, is that the noise from outside did carry into the room, so earplugs are a good idea if you are a light sleeper. Luckily, the hotel has them at the desk! We would definitely consider staying here again!

The staff was absolutely amazing, very helpful and super nice. A big thank you to the staff who worked breakfast during my stay on the 31\5 who fixed breakfast for me even though I had mistaken the time when it closed. You should take care of them super service minded and really helpful 10/10 from me

Really helpful staff, could not do enough to help and support our stay. Reassurance and guidance as given when we had to order a really early taxi to collect us for our flight home. They even provided a packed lunch/food for the journey as we would be far to early to enjoy the breakfast at the hotel. Complimentary tea and coffee provided all day, with the added bonus of waffles in the late afternoon too. Lovely personal touch. Strongly recommend this quiet downtown hotel. Would definitely book again if I was heading to Tromso.

We’re so happy for staying at Enter Amalie Hotel. It’s a nice clean hotel with friendly staff,excellent breakfast and waffle buffet at 5pm every day. This hotel is walking distance to our tour meeting points and museums in city center.Thanks to Abi one of the friendly check-in staff.

The room is Spartan, to say the least but I knew that coming in. Bed is very comfortable and really all I wanted because don’t really want to spend much time sitting in a room! The staff is lovely and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Nothing was ever empty for more than a second and it was replaced.
