"Multiple options to get to and from the airport. We got in late so we took a taxi was about $40 for a family of 4. There is a shuttle that goes to or near most of the hotels we took that back to the airport it was about $25. The hotel is convenient to most of the city center. Nothing was more than a few blocks away. Especially if you have tours booked liked we did. The room was spacious, which was nice since we were there for 4 nights. Great breakfast, lots of options. "This was my 2nd time to Tromso,the last being in November of last year. On both occasions I chose a Clarion Hotel, two next to each other. Whilst this one did not have views from the rooms looking out to the Artic Cathedral this did not matter. The hotel was only a few steps away from the harbor. Whilst all the staff I met were very welcoming the young female Filipino on the front desk went the extra mile sourcing a plug to fit my uk items. She is a credit in providing excellent customer service...

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was super convenient. The room was very nice. The breakfast buffet was amazing!! Our only issue was that the room was not always restocked with cups and such. And there was a couple days that we didn't have the cleaning crew didn't come in and do the whole turnover. "This hotel is in a very central location. It is in a walking distance to everything. You may need to take a bus to only to the cable car. It provides all the needed amenities at a decent price. "Our stay was great. The apartment was clean and modern. Very convenient to have a kitchenette and washing machine. The place is above a great bakery, several grocery stores and other restaurants nearby. A bus stop is right there as well. We thought it was a great value for what we got. Only problem was the check -in, we never received the key box code, but a staff member came out and got us the keys."
