Location is good. If you can get a room with a view that is nice. After that things start to go down hill. Parking is limited and expensive if you get a spot. Service is OK at best for front desk. Service at the restaurant is awful and dinner there was terrible. There are much better hotels close by for same price range but better quality and service.

It was already night when we arrived and it turned out at the hotel that they didn’t have the room available that we had booked. Staff member at the reception was great, she handled the situation very well. Eventually we got the room where whole family could stay together for that night.

Good location in central Tromso beside the harbour, with easy parking beside the property and just a few minutes walk to the centre and lots of shops, restaurants etc. Comfortable beds and an amazing breakfast buffet with loads of cooked, continental and local choices Airport shuttle bus stops directly outside the hotel

The rooms were nice. Our room overlooked the fjord so the view was beautiful! The included breakfasts were delicious and they offered selections for every taste. The hotel is close to the bus station and right in the center of town. Great choice!
