She took care of everything smoothly from start to finish during the length of my stay.The security staff, Sutikno,Sabinus.Ferdi and Lorens always greeted me with a beautiful smile and gave me some good tips on the local food, shopping and sight seeing. I would highly recommend the hotel for everyone."
