Beautiful villa where a lot of details were thought of. Staff is extremely caring and attentive. I had early check in and late checkout with no problem. Things I would want to improve : towels and hair drier, they need to be more premium quality .

Great townhouse - not a hotel

This is a really nice place. Great space and very helpful staff. The plunge pool outside your house is small but nice to get a quick bath. Located with many great restaurants nearby. Great kitchen if you want to cook food yourself. This is not a hotel so no reception (but staff 24/7), restaurant (i.e.no breakfast) or big pool to be at. First time for me to stay at a place like this and is still contemplating which I prefer the most. The Wifi was really slow, was surprised considering how modern the houses are, the safe was to small to hold a laptop or iPad. If you want to be in the sun there is a very short time period when you can be sitting in the bean bag to get some color since the building and trees cover the small sun deck.

Best Bali villa I’ve had!

Rarely do you get a villa that actually lives up to its photos, dare I say, exceeds them! Very well appointed, soft pillows, soft, abundant high quality towels, everything is new, everything works! Perfectly equipped kitchen for cocktail prep, I’ll pack the liquor next time! Only knock was property played a ridiculous game of “check in isn’t until 2pm therefore your room won’t be ready until 2pm” despite it sitting vacant. That left a bad taste in my mouth as some petty staffer didn’t understand that people don’t deliberately arrive early to properties to score a free hour or two! That can be corrected with training and context. Once I had settled in, the sour taste quickly dissipated. I’ve booked a stay there for the next trip.

Great base for exploring the area - right in the heart of Berawa but off a side street so very peaceful. The unit is extremely well appointed and the service (thank you Windu and Benny in particular) was flawless. It felt like a 5-star hotel but with more freedom and privacy. Can’t wait to come back!

Unexpectedly excellent stay

We had an excellent stay at OXO Townhouses, during the 3 days we were checked-in. The room(s) were very clean and we quickly felt at home once checked-in. Manager Benny and his staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing missing was maybe a rice-cooker (hehe). Besides that, the room was well equipped with all the necessities of a kitchen and with enough kitchenware to have a small family dinner. Our experience may have been a bit out of the ordinary as we had an unfortunate event with another hotel which stated they no longer had a partnership with hotels.com, to which Hotels.com were quick to accommodate these unexpected changes and help book us into OXO Townhouses Berawa, where we were yet again upgraded to a bigger room due to the urgency. So this is review also goes as a +1 to Hotels.com Although OXO Townhouses is outside our usual budget, we will strongly consider booking here for another time.
