Nice lactation, clean, good for the value walkable to Finn’s, Atlas, a lot of compliments deals. But there is construction going on during the day, it will be noisy depends on where your room faces.

Highly recommended. Really beautiful hotel that has everything you need. There is a swimming pool in the middle of the hotel, good restaurants, bar with a nice sunset view, beach at the front of the hotel, spa with amazing massage and spacious rooms. We had a really good stay, the only downside for us was how damp the room was. There was water dripping from the ceiling and the floor was wet just from the humidity. I would still recommend the hotel.

Beautiful hotel have enjoyed my stay here, staff are amazing. If you like a quieter holiday this is the place to stay directly on the beach. If you want to go out to dinner there are a few options, along with a supermarket 10 mins walk away and it only costs AUD approximately $5 to go into Seminyak if you want a more vibrant atmosphere or a big night out. Highly recommend and loved being away from all the hype. Remember you’re only a taxi ride away, can’t wait to come back.

Work in progress right next to it. Extremely noisy. Can’t rest. Very nice breakfast and staff. At check in they offered cold towel and drink to other people but not to me. Not sure why.

Service was great. Nice little extras like a replenishment of mini bar biscuits and crisps daily. Although there was a lot of food options for breakfast, it wasn't that nice, although the omelettes were good, so had one of those every day. The fresh cakes were nice. The layout of the hotel was a bit odd with only around 5 loungers by the pool, the rest in the front away from the pool, again, ok but not 5 star standard in my opinion. Overall a nice stay, but a tad disappointed after our 5 star accommodation on Lombok.

The hotel has an amazing pool and beautiful spacious rooms. The fitness centre is fairly limited with just a couple of pieces of equipment and a few free weights. They include a lot of extra perks like 2 free cokes each day, 2 free beers, chips, cookies, and afternoon tea which consists of a coffee or tea and a few light snacks. A daily breakfast buffet was also included. Overall the hotel is beautiful and is in a great location within walking distance to many great restaurants, cafes, etc. The only complaint was that the food in the restaurant wasn't that great compared to other places we've stayed. We tried the breakfast buffet on the first morning but the food was either cold or very bland tasting so we went out the other days because there are so many amazing breakfast/brunch spots in Canggu.

Nice hotel with some improvments.

Nice hotel with great staff. Rooms are spacious and bed comfortable. There is a smell but I can´t determine if it should be there or not. Pool nice. Breakfast has a lot of options but the Benedikte came without hollandaise and one of the other also missed a key component when ordered. Loud between the rooms, you hear the other guests in the room next to you and sometimes people walking in the room above. Wifi could be faster.

We had an ok stay and a three-star rating for the Swarga suites. Unfortunately, the property is a bit old and is in dire need of some renovations. We thought the property had more cons than pros so we’ll simply lay them out below. Pros: very friendly and helpful staff Cons: old property (furnishings and building needs to renovated), noisy (constant thumping and music coming from Atlas club next door), a bit out of the way from canggu main area, breakfast is edible but not good, we had the oceanfront suite (located on the ground floor/half basement) and it’s was dark, musty and humid in the room
