Great service!

We really enjoyed our stay here! You could tell that the hotel was brand new and not everything was finished, but the room was really nice and the service was great! Can't really say anything about the hotel restaurant, the breakfast was ok, but just around the corner from the hotel you will find probably the best café in Canggu (Petit Gourmet), so we had most of our breakfasts there instead. The hotel is located on a quiet side street, but the traffic on the main road makes it not really ideal for walking (down to the beach is ok though) so I would recommend renting a scooter or taking a taxi, especially at night. Would gladly come back!

the worst experience, poor operation

사진만 보고 근사한 호텔일 거라 기대하고 갔는데 사용하기엔 너무 불편한 곳이었어요. 이 가격이면 발리엔 훨씬 좋은 곳들이 많아요! 객실 조명이 너무 이상해서 음침한 느낌이 들고 무엇보다 화장실이 야외와 연결되어 있어서 위 객실과 소리가 그대로 공유되는 최악의 건축이었어요. 위에서 뭘 하는지 생생하게 들립니다..... 어매니티도 샴푸인지 바디워시인지 모를 통 하나 달랑 있었구요. 조식 장소도 형편없었고 스태프들 운영, 호스피탈리티 모두 수준 이하였어요. - the worst bathroom & shower, connected to upper room and you might know what people do exactly..... - poor operation, bad communication - weird lightings

The staff were very friendly and hotel is in a great location. However we were given the worst room (bottom floor by the reception) which is fine however when we asked for the floor to be moped and vacuumed when were out (due to a leak from the fridge and long black hairs on the floor) this was not completed. The cleanliness therefore could be improved as when you ask for something quite trivial you expect it to be done. There was also an electrical box which was visible near the crawling and it made a humming noise. On the whole we did not actually spend much time at the hotel and the bathroom, shower and bed were all very good.

Loved and would return!

The service was great! The room was AMAZING. Location was perfect. The in house massages were great. The only negative thing about our stay was the food was not good. We ordered room service for dinner and a floating breakfast. We didn't enjoy either. Everything else was perfect!

Clean and spacious room. Breakfast was ok. The internet was not working at all when we came, but after we mentioned about it to the staff, they kindly fixed it! Location was fine. Pool was a bit of disappoinment but luckily it was only a bit over 1km to the beach.

Its central, very quiet, staff are amazing and the facilities are a beautifull design which complement the local heritage while leaning towards minimalist all this centered around a beautiful leafy green pool where you can be social should you choose.

Dålig mat i restaurangen och det hela kändes inte genomtänkt. Dålig service från personalen förutom en kille, ingen hade nån koll på vad service är och var inte särskilt villiga till att försöka istället satt dem hellre med sina mobiler och kollade klipp.

Kemilau at Canggu was in an awesome location, close to amazing cafes and walking distance from Finns Beach Club. The staff were very attentive and helpful, organising scooters and other transport for us. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The pool area was a beautiful place to sit and relax. We loved our stay!

Veldig fornøyd!

Veldig førnøyd med dette hotellet. Kjempe bra service, alltid blid og immøtekommende. Fikk svar på alle spørsmål jeg hadde og de var veldig behjelpelig. 10 min gange til strand. Veldig travel plass, men det er helt stille ved hotellet.

Cosy hideaway in Canggu

The hotel is well set out and the room is spacious and very comfortable. Pillows and mattress are of high quality. Kitchen food is delicious although a little slow (because the place is still new). Special mention for all the staff who are pleasant and very helpful - for the small requests and big ones.
