SeaSpray - a cottage that sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms

  • Welcome to SeaSpray - a stunning 3 bedroom cottage with balcony to 2 double bedrooms and panoramic seaviews of Filey Bay!

    SeaSpray is located in a quiet area of The Bay directly onto a large grass area and near the beach path, Cleveland Way and the village pub / pool. One of only a handful of 3 bedroom properties with seaview and balcony this is a special property!
    Both the dining and living areas seat six and enjoy expansive sea views. Bifold doors open across the full width of the house onto an exclusive patio with a table and six chairs. The dining area leads into a modern fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, washer-dryer, and Tassimo Coffee Machine (bring your own pods).There is a separate downstairs wc and a newly fitted shower (unique to this property type) as well as an additional freezer in the hallway cupboard.

    Upstairs there are 3 cosy bedrooms with all beds having mattress enhancers for extra comfort. Bedlinen and towels are provided. Both double bedrooms have double patio doors opening onto a decked balcony with tables and chairs with a glassed frontage to take advantage of the fabulous sea views stretching from Filey Brigg to Bempton cliffs. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower over as well as a twin room to the front of the property (ideal for children).

    This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

A lovely property with sea views

The property is in a great location with sea view and balcony which made it extra special. There is a lovely large grass area behind the property and also only a short walk to the pub/shop and beach access. There was ample seating inside the property in the lounge and dining area and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed including a washer dryer and dishwasher. The outside furniture was a little worn with being next to the sea and could do with replacing. Any questions we had were answered quickly through Anchor Bay holidays - they replied within minutes of receiving my email . We have stayed at The Bay a number of times and definitely plan to return.
