"Really enjoyed our stay at Puffin Pad was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in. The layout of the property was perfect, and the little touches the hosts made to make our stay perfect was lovely. Would go back again in a heart beat. Beach is a short walk away. Lovely and peaceful place was just what we were looking for."

"Ideal place to stay at the bay. Close to the shop and beach path. Was worried about staying in an apartment but barely heard any noise from other guests. Clean and comfortable"

"Great location, excellent access to the beach for dog walking.Nice cottage. Basic facilities. Very poor television reception and WiFi was extra charge. No welcome pack!"

"Good location for access to other coastal towns."

"Terri’s retreat is an absolute fabulous find. Immaculately presented with everything you need for a great holiday. There’s nothing that hasn’t been thought of It really was home from home even down to a ninja double airfryer. The apartment has been finished off to a high standard but it’s still very homely. A comfy bed too. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and look forward to our next visit."

"Really impressed with Bailey’s Beach house. On arrival everything was pristine including all the kitchen appliances, soft furnishings and cleanliness. It is a credit to the owners and cleaning staff. The position on The Bay is good, near to facilities and no problem parking at the rear of the property. Can’t wait to return in the near future."

"A great home away from home cottage with everything that I needed inside, will definitely look into staying again "

"The property has everything you could possibly need. The T.V is amazing! Very clean, fantastic communication from owners. Will definitely book to come back."

"We had a wonderful stay over Christmas in this lovely home! It is spacious and really nicely decorated and furnished in every room. The beds and showers are really good, the kitchen full of everything we needed and the location is excellent. The host was helpful and friendly, and we had a lovely seaside decorated Christmas tree and some treats to top it off. Highly recommended, many thanks!"

"The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped providing a warm, relaxing space after a day out. I had been concerned about the distance to Filey but we were able to walk there on the beach each day and make use of the excellent Coaster bus service back at high tide."
