Arrived and was given a key to a room that was already occupied. Then was given another room the door know broke and door lock didn't work only the safety lock. Refrigerator lamp were dirty and ice bucket had unknown red substance it. We checked in at 230 am so was too tired to do anything. The next morning the desk clerk apologized and advised the mamsger would be in in a few hours. Called back several hours and manager still was not in. Was advised it would be better to email
