"It is old and outdated. Room reasonably nice and clean. Breakfast is average.They nickel and dime customers- $15 day for parking and charge 3.45% extra if use a credit card. Close to beach, but overall very average."

"Everything was excellent with the exception of the breakfast buffet considering the room rate. Sparse and cheap best describe the buffet which consisted of cold scrambled eggs, over cooked sausage patties and clumpy oatmeal. Only fruit offered were a few bananas and the bread selection was also limited. There were two waffle irons available but the crowd of people trying to cook something hot for their children made the wait too long. For a Marriott property I found this buffet substandard. "

"The place was really nice, new and clean. Plenty of space for 8 adults with a good kitchen and eating area. The beach walk-on pier was a few minutes walk. The property managers were excellent and very responsive. Highly recommend this VRBO!"
