"We had the best weekend in Ameila Island at this condo. We will definitely be booking it again. It was spotless and the owner thought of every detail. She made check in and check out seamless…. Even texting me the parking pass to save time when checking in. We have been vacationing at the Plantation for years and this has been the best experience so far. I’ve never had that much communication with the host!! AND… the beds are extremely comfortable!!! "

"We had a wonderful stay in this walk-out condo right on the ocean! It is ideal for dogs and kids, both were fascinated by the tortoises and loved the easy access to the beach and fun multi-use path right out the door. The condo itself was clean and had everything you could think of needing for a beach vacation. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive! We loved it here and hope to come back again. "

Community amenities were huge plus . . bicycle rentals and plenty of bicycle paths, golf cart rentals, putt-putt golf, educational opportunities and plenty of restaurants within community, etc. made this a very easy and laid back vacation . . . grounds and beach views were unbelievably beautiful! "This was a nice location with a heated pool and easy access to beautiful beaches. The beach had tons of shells which was a nice surprise. Appreciate the beach chairs and towels! I loved that this condo was part of Omni which had tons to do for our family. The condo was nice, instructions were clear and communication was thorough from Amelia Island Rentals. Some parts of the condo could use updates—the kitchen floor is in bad condition and there are lots of marks on the walls. These are very minor and didn’t impact our stay, though, and definitely would come back again. "
