"Had to pay for an upgrade of room on arrival as they had allocated me the worst possible room they had without any windows on third floor. They wouldn't give me a receipt for the extra 720 Yuans I paid so it obviously went straight in their pocket. Communication was difficult, but is like that in China generally.
