"We arrived at the property and it was dirty, in a poor location and NOT AT ALL as advertised. There is no roof top terrace (it's a balcony) and the building that is shown in the advertisement is NOT the one u will stay at. It is a random photo of a DIFFERENT property. We did not stay at this property. We got to the flat ....looked at the mounds of trash in front of the building and then more trash up on entering the building.......then went to the flat and found mold on the shower, and left over...

Lovely quiet place. We stayed four weeks. It is a good base as tube station on Piccadilly line only a few minutes away. Jasmine is a great hostess who does a lovely breakfast for her guests.

It should be noted that this is a Pub with rooms and not a Hotel which means that you cannot expect the services of a hotel i.e no porterage, no room service ,no air conditioning etc. In saying that we enjoyed our stay here as we spent a lot of time out of the hotel on day trips. Room was of a decent size although difficult to get to with all the stairs (no lift) The included breakfast here was great as it was sufficient to last us well into the day and the staff were a friendly bunch. This is a very nice property. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room spacious and comfortable. The location was very convenient with nearby public transport, shopping, restaurants and parks. There is a lift on site, but also a couple of stairs. They also allowed us to store our luggage as we arrived early in the morning. My only issue was with the shower. You cannot adjust the temperature or turn the water off when your hands are wet and the water is scalding hot. Had to use a face...

Great location close to all amenities, transport, restaurants, city centre and parks, etc. The room was nicely presented and the reception staff made sure our stay was comfortable and easy. We were given a room on a suitable floor, taking into account the amount of uggage we had.
The reception staff ensured also that our luggage was stored safely prior to checkin. The professionalism and oersonalisation displayed was comparable to a 5 star Hotel anywhere.
