"This is a remodeled hotel so everything is new, clean and modern. The customer service is extraordinary and one of the best experience i have had. I left my sunglasses in my hotel room and they tried their best to ship my glasses out for me. We also landed early and they allowed early checked in with a fee.
It is right next to gwangjang market, dongdaemun market, near bus station, train station and a bus stop to incheon airport so it was super convenient."
"It’s my 2nd stay in this cosy guesthouse which has become my ‘go to’ for my annual Christmas & New Year trip to Seoul. It’s conveniently located near the train station & Dongdaemun Design Plaza which is my favourite museum to visit every year. Room is clean & the facilities in the house is simple & well managed. Take note that there is only stairs to access the different levels."

"friendly and helpful staff. hotel is clean and well maintained. love that it is equipped with washer and dryer. good selection and variety of food for breakfast. lovely convenient store onsite. convenient and easy access to the subway. lots of walkable restaurants. The hotel is superb but the location has surrounding areas that are cluttered and lots of people smoking on streets. there is also an abandoned burned building adjacent to the hotel so the optics in that area are not soothing. if you have allergies to cigarettes, beware when booking uber taxi. some taxis smelled cigarette smoke. otherwise the hotel itself is excellent!"
"I was very impressed with the property and the hotel as a whole! Our flight got delayed and we missed a day and the hotel was kind enough to hold onto our reservation even though it was clearly a popular time for tourists. They also checked us in extremely late and treated us with kindness all the way through. The staff was always courteous, kind, and helpful in making us feel comfortable during our stay and also helped me with a broken dryer that I was trying to use, and never once acted like it was something that was annoying or too difficult. To top it all off, this hotel was right in the heart of Seoul and was perfect to go literally anywhere there! We checked off just about everything we were looking to do in the time we were there and it was in large part due to the centrality of the hotel's location. I can't recommend this place enough and I know that if we ever come back to Seoul, we will certainly look to stay here first!"
