"We were traveling as a family of five, two teenagers and a child so we had to book the room with two bedrooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was beautiful and my son had a great time. We didn’t use the gym or spa. The laundry in the room was super convenient, but the dryer didn’t dry as effectively as we are used to, but it was good to have the option. The room was always stocked with water, which was nice. The front desk staff are friendly. We had visited their lounge, which was very nice to unwind after a very long day. I thought that the location was close to dining and shopping options. Overall, we had a great time at this luxurious hotel."

"Beautiful hotel. Very clean,very spacious room. There was a free airport shuttle to and from the hotel. The hotel is not near any shops or stations but their restaurant where we ate in the evening did not disappoint. We were only there 1 night. The breakfast was excellent, there was something there for everyone fruit, cereals hot and cold food and beverages. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. There was a laundry room"

"What an incredible hotel! Staff service is EXCELLENT, cannot say enough good things about how helpful they were. The concierge helped us arrange trips to the Forbidden City and Great Wall, as well as cars whenever we needed them. The room staff understood our jet lag and cleaned when we were not there. They provided plenty of water and extra towels, which we appreciated. Will we stay here again? Absolutely!"
