"This is a very nice hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and allowed me to check in quite early. My room had a huge balcony and a great view of the city and the river. Special thanks to Guest Relations Manager Reham, who made transportation arrangements, gave me tips for walking around the city, and treated me like a king. Highly recommended!"

"This property is located on top of a small hill in Aswan. The river view from the window is amazing. It’s a new resort which has been operated for three years. The facilities are new and clean. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the dinner at the pool side. It’s a pleasant memory with my patents. The only thing is that you will have to call a cab if you would like to have meals in Aswan downtown. "

It was a blessing to journey down the Nile on the boat into town to see the sunrise and feel the song of Ancient people through the whispers of the River Nile. My stay at Kato Waidi Nubian House lives in my heart. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a comfortable environment that is child friendly. Tipping is part of the Egyptian tourist culture and I found myself wanting to share because of the profound humility and generosity of everyone I met. And the Kato Waidi Nubian Village has a vibrant Bazaar with wonderful artwork and souvenirs to remember the journey! "

"The room was great as well as the view! Sunsets every night from my balcony.. the breakfast was very good with fresh to made omelets and crepes! The staff was always helpful and friendly. One of the best places I’ve stayed! Has a boat to the shore of the East Bank every few minutes. I enjoyed the dinner at the Egyptian restaurant and the view there was fantastic as well. I will be back when I’m in Aswan again!"
