"We had an incredible stay here for two nights. The service was excellent. Definitely recommend visiting the spa it was one of the best massages of my life! The staff was also incredibly helpful when we had our cruise cancel on us last minute, they got us back on track and kept us calm.
The breakfast buffet was also great considering it comes with the price of the room.
Overall 10/10 experience !"

"Balcony overlooked Nile. Best coffee I had in 5 weeks in Egypt, thank you Zoza. Easy walk to market, lots of tour options. Must see Nubian village, all within easy reach from hotel."

"The staff were extremely helpful we had a problem with our wi-fi connection in our room which was sorted by staff straight away.
Couldn't ask for better service.
We were looked after very well.
Our room was excellent.

"The priority was for the big families, so if you're going on your own I'd not recommend this place for you

La personne à l’accueil nous a demandé de payer alors que je lui ai montré un reçu d’ Hotels.com où il était indiqué que c’était réglé. Mais il ne voulait rien savoir, donc nous sommes partis et avons trouvé un logement décent.
J’ai essayé de joindre Hotel.Com par téléphone en vain pour annuler cette réservation d’hôtel.

"This property was exactly what I needed. It was private and quiet. The chef prepared the food I needed which brought me joy. The staff and management were great and the cleaning staff were awesome! Grateful for Ali and Ismail for assisting me and my husband in enjoying our stay!"

"Great location and amazing room with great and helpful staff. It can be a little difficult to find the entrance door but everybody on the island is very helpful. The little ferry runs every 10mins for only 10£.
