The staff was great. However, the property is dated and not well kept. Stains on the carpet, missing toilet seat screw cap, stains on the furniture, dirt stains on the tub floor, Popcorn ceiling, and crumbs on the seats in the room to name a few. If you are sensitive to uncleanliness, then I would suggest a different hotel. It was not all bad. I can’t emphasize enough how awesome the staff was. The complimentary breakfast and WiFi was good. The location is also great. There are some nice restaurants and shops within a very short walk.

This hotel is in an excellent location. However, when we stayed there 3 years ago it was already in need of refreshing, renovating and general updates. It is woefully in need now. Such a great location and friendly helpful staff. If updated this would rate 5 stars. Please consider doing so.
