"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this quaint, clean cottage by the ocean. The sunsets were beautiful, and the site is tucked away on a dead end, perfect for deep relaxation and making memories. On our 2nd day, however, maintenance workers came to prepare the other facility on the property and were rude to our guests, shortly telling them that they weren't supposed to be using the bike that was located in the unlocked shed and that they needed to return it immediately. "This was such a cozy place to stay! Much closer to Newport than we realized, which was great! Very walkable and plenty to do in the area. One of those places you’d want to visit again. Joan was an attentive host! "

"Cottage was very nice. The canadian geese were in the yard each day leaving droppings (not owner's fault) which made it hard to enjoy back yard. Beautiful view of part of the marina. Good location. nice neighbor. Clean inside but did find sign of mice. again not fault of owner. Overall was a nice stay."
