"Old, quirky, creaky and pet friendly. We (3 adults and 1 medium sized dog) had a comfortable stay that provided for a very nice weekend in Leadville. The kitchen was a little sparse but we were able to made do with no problems. We had a slight issue with the hot water heater but the host was very responsive and got that taken care of quickly which was greatly appreciated. Good location and easy access to everything local. Overall the place was not quite as clean as we would have liked...
