"An overnight stay for my wife and self, a proper pub in a village with decent food and warm exceptionally clean accommodation.
Beer was good and locals were friendly, as were the staff, parking in the village square 50 yards from the premises. What's not to like .

"Everything to do with the Lutterell Arms Hotel was 5* The parking is a problem as the High Street parking was always full, but didn’t spoil our stay! "

"Owner and his son were really helpful. We arrived late and left early, but will come back for a more leisurely stay as it was so welcoming and our room was lovely."

"We had an amazing overnight stay at the Annex. Nancy, the host, could not have been more welcoming, informative and helpful. The cottage was ideal for our particular needs - a rather last minute booking - and very clean and well equipped throughout. It was beautifully warm, and the property is set deep in a very beautiful part of lovely Exmoor. Would highly recommend this cosy cottage for a couple and reasonably priced as well. "

"I recently stayed at the Exmoor White Horse Inn for two nights, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The accommodation was comfortable, welcoming, and full of character, providing the perfect place to relax after long days outdoors. Its location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Exmoor, with beautiful hiking trails practically on the doorstep. The staff were warm and helpful, and the overall atmosphere made the stay feel truly special. Honestly, I can’t fault it, and I’d happily return for another visit."
"Lovely hotel in a small prretty village. Good food in rhe pub, very dog friendly and very relaxed friendly staff. On arrival our allotted room only had a shower. I was really hoping for a bath, so the owner very kindly upgraded us to a room with a bath. Would definitely stay again. Plenty of walks from the door. "
