"On a positive the size of accommodation suited our multi-generational family, it was well equipped and comfortable. The facilities at Mill Estate were good. I was very impressed with communication from Orion, administratively everything was very smooth. "I had an overall pleasant stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Cheltenham. The hotel is set in a lovely, peaceful location with beautiful grounds, making it a relaxing place to stay while still being conveniently located for Cheltenham and the surrounding Cotswolds. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was straightforward. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the bed was particularly comfortable. However, there were a couple of areas that could have been better. The water pressure in the shower was quite weak and could definitely have been stronger. I also noticed some dust around the toilet area, so a little more attention to detail when cleaning the bathroom would have been appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel comfortable and relaxing. With a few improvements to the bathroom cleanliness and shower pressure, it would have been an even better experience."
