Annual family get together. House very spacious and lovely garden too. House clean and great to have plenty of bathrooms.Lots of local pubs we went to The Plough at Alvescot who were very welcoming.Lots to do in area. Would love to come here again.

Beautiful Location & Lovely Property

Had a lovely family time here with 11 of us and the house still felt so spacious! It is driving distance to lots of beautiful villages around the cotswolds. I would highly reccomend and stay again!

This was the perfect venue for a family gathering to celebrate a special birthday! The house was comfortable and well equipped, and we enjoyed the locality while we were there. Highly recommended!

Stayed over a long weekend with family for our Golden Wedding celebrations. The property was well appointed, in a good location, and safe for the younger people. I would recommend to anyone looking for a similar stay.

Family holiday

12 members of my family, 5 from Australia and 7 from Kent stayed for a short break. We loved the house and location. Easy to book on Vrbo and to check in. Lots of local walks and nice pubs. Plenty to see and do in the area.

Wonderful stay

We had a lovely time and the house was perfect for our needs. The air hockey/pool/football table was a welcome surprise and kept the kids happy for hours and the enclosed garden was a great space for them to run around. We will definitely be visiting again.

Wonderful Garden

Our family, aged under 1 to mid-eighties with mobility needs, thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, comfortable house. We particularly loved the walled garden, with large BBQ and shady large eating patio.

Lovely house, with a fully functional kitchen and spaces throughout the house to lounge, eat entertain. The garden was our favourite space and enjoyed using the bbq. Would definitely recommend for any friends/family gathering.

It was a perfect property for a large family getting together from different parts of the world. The house is spacious with many sleeping options and well equipped for large groups including cooking facilities. The garden is very pretty and well looked after. We had a great time.

New Years Eve weekend away

Three families stayed here over the New Year’s Eve weekend and we all had a lovely stay. The cottage was perfect for our needs, in a lovely location and warm and cosy. It was well equipped and very comfortable. Would consider returning and definitely highly recommend.

Cycling Weekend

Stayed with a group of cycling friends, some from up north, some from London. This is a great location as it sits nicely in the middle. Also the local countryside makes for excellent cycling with lovely little villages and great pubs. The house was perfect for us and We had a fantastic weekend.

Fab return visit

Another brilliant stay, such a home from home and perfect for a large early Christmas get together with friends. Plenty of space for adults and children to relax and play, warm and cosy, and really friendly helpful communications. Thank you for having us back for another year!
