A 4 person studio apartment located on the 6th floor of a quality building very close to Evian town centre.
The entry hallway entrance has a large cupboard and storage [hidden] open kitchen is well-equipped (washing machine, oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, pans and plates) and faces the lake so you can have your meals with a great view.
The remaining part of the main room has a sofa-bed and 2 single bunk beds that fold into the wall. The large balcony is accessible from the dining area. The bathroom offers a bathtub, sink, WC and bidet.

The flat is located 250 meters from the nearest shop. The entrance to the building is less than 50 meters from the Lake and from a small harbour and shore path.

TrÚs mauvais rapport qualité/prix.

Appartement mal Ă©quipĂ©. ÉlectromĂ©nager rudimentaire. Dans son jus annĂ©es 80. Non nettoyĂ© avec prĂ©sence du linge des locataires prĂ©cĂ©dents Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. (Apparemment oubli de passage de la sociĂ©tĂ© de nettoyage le samedi 15 aoĂ»t...) Literie en trĂšs mauvais Ă©tat. Je me suis fais un lumbago au bout de deux nuits, ce qui m'a un peu gĂąchĂ© le sĂ©jour. Nous avons mis le matelas par terre. Appartement bruyant et mal isolĂ©. La nationale 5 (France/Suisse) passe entre l'appartement et le lac LĂ©man. Aucun stationnement Ă  proximitĂ© sauf des parkings payants. Ascenseur en panne lors de notre semaine de sĂ©jour (6eme Ă©tage, pas de chance). Seul point positif : vue imprenable sur le lac LĂ©man et balcon agrĂ©able. Globalement déçu.

Studio bien mais la propretĂ© laissait vraiment a dĂ©sirer J'ai Ă©tĂ© obligĂ©e de demander un tapis de bain car celui ds la salle de bain Ă©tait trop sale ,par ailleurs l'agence Greneche m'a fourni une poĂȘle celle dans le studio n'Ă©tait plus utilisable .
