"This property was the perfect place, and I have nothing negative to say about it. Perfect cozy space inside, and a backyard of our dreams that was the best chilling spot. Tonia came over to show us how to use the gas fire pit and asked me through the app if we needed anything at all. Wonderful host, and I would definitely stay here again (longer next time!!)"

"We truly enjoyed staying at the little house. The place was immaculate and the beds were quite comfortable. The host was in touch several times to check if we needed anything during our visit. It was quite close to downtown Golden and just 15 minutes to RedRocks where we attended a concert. We loved it!"

The location itself is great, a nice walk to many restaurants & a grocery store. You’re also 15 mins from downtown & will beat a lot of traffic to the mountains starting out west of Denver. "

"This rental was a last minute decision. There were no reviews and we took a chance. We were not disappointed!! The house was very lovely and immaculate. We had room to spread out. Had it been a little warmer, we would have enjoyed the outdoor spaces. This home is in a lovely neighborhood just a block or two from city Park. So it was a great to take walks. I think the only negative thing I can think of is I would've preferred a regular coffee pot because the Nespresso is just not my favorite kind...

"This place is great. Bailey does not have hotels, so VRBO is the way to go if you want to stay near town. This is a great little house for 2 people. I don't want to tell you about it (cause I want to keep it for me). Misty is great and Linda works with you for any special requests. Looking forward to our next getaway on Memorial Day (already booked)."

"This place is perfect for a couple or one person. You have to be careful going up stairs as you can bump your head easily. Everything else is great!"

"The good: quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Good appliances. Adequate cookware and dishes. Plenty of extra towels, bedding, and pillows. Comfortable furniture, very roomy. Good Wi-fi. Very simple to get to Ball Arena. The not so good: Parking is not good! Our party had 2 vehicles. There is a very small concrete pad to park on but the garbarge/recycle totes are in front of it so it's not easily accessible and it's not really even big enough for 1 vehicle let alone 2. Instructions say...

"This place is just right for a nice and relaxing getaway. It is well up the mountain which allows for the breathtaking views right outside the door, but it is still close to town where you can run in to grab lunch or just drive around. The accommodations were fantastic: the shower was hot, the bed was comfy, the kitchen had plenty to work with, the tv had every channel and all streaming capabilities for watch anything from the Masters to UFC to Netflix. There are two comfy chairs out front...

"When we arrived the host greeted us and she gave us cookies and chocolate as a welcome treats. The place is what I expected online is just for couple one bedroom the place is nice and comfy very quiet."

"We hit the rare spring snowstorm and it was unexpected but awesome. Beautiful views with and without the snow, which eventually melted. Not far from Evergreen for dining and groceries. Lots of great trails very close - if you are flatlanders like us I recommend the Panorama Point trail just east of downtown Evergreen. The place has everything you need and is very comfortable. Had to call the contact one time and he was very helpful. No issues."
