"Fully equipped kitchen with everything and more. Day one woke up to deer in the woods with gorgeous view. Red Rocks venue close by and borrowed padded stadium chairs. More local trailheads 1, 2, 8 miles for excellent hikes minutes away than we could complete in our 5 day stay. Even went to downtown Denver in 30-45 min. "

We had total privacy the whole time, and while we never quite made it into the hot tub, it looked perfectly inviting for next time. "This is a great property if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch and took walks in the national forest behind the house. It was close enough to Nederland to go for lunch and dinner and within a short drive to a number of great hiking spots. The previously mentioned hot water issue was taken care of and we had immediate and constant hot water as needed. "
