Very clean, landlord very responsive, fully equipped, probably not pet friendly, we were going to Gothic Theater for a show, great location for that. House at back of property access is through pathway on left of house or lane half a block up.

Felipe has a very nice property in the S Broadway neighborhood. Very roomy, full kitchen, patio area and even a 1 car garage. This is a much better unit than the basement 1 bedrooms I sometimes have to stay in due to availability. I will definitely be back.
