The people we encountered were all friendly and helpful. But it is windblown Wyoming, in the winter and snow. Not at all a garden spot for the time of year. We found numerous walk paths and parks that would have been great to visit in warmer months.

Evanston is quiet and in their own world really. Not terrible but not a happining place either. We love coming here for the horse races!
"This was a decent room for just an overnight stay. There was no elevator which was a huge bummer, and the halls and stairs weren’t super clean looking, but the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable! They also had a chain lock and a door stop which made me feel safer, especially as a woman traveling alone. "
