This is a wonderful little cabin just at the beginning of town. It is so clean and neat. Just as the sign says when you walk in, it is THE LOVE NEST. This is one of the five small cabins.

Pre check-in was done through an email and check-in and out was done through text messages. This was unusual! At first, I was confused because no one was in the office. Then I check my messages and there were directions for checking in and out. Loved the area, the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. Shades were very dusty and some did not open. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Loved the jet spa bathtub. Very relaxing after a long driving day. A gas station was close by and convenient. Our only complaint was the lack of lighting in the cabin, too dark to read a book.

It’s different from my usual hotel. Less amenities, but more character. Rooms are individual log cabins. There’s a gas station, a restaurant (which serves decent Chinese food, and a Pizza Hut within 2 minutes walk. The town itself (Mountain View) is small, so get all your necessities prior to arriving. It’s about 45 minutes away from Evanston WY, a town of about 2400 people.

Wonderful stay. Only concern was the laundry facility, which is one reason we picked this place. Several machines are out of order but we got there early and got it done. If it would have been busy, it might have been a hassle.
