"Unfortunately on arrival we noticed ants were crawling on the yop of our fridge. Morning 1 of 2 the toilet was blocked. We notified reception staff of the problems. They came to check them out. They advised ants and toilet would be fixed whilst we were out. Staff contacted us later in the day not sure if things were fixed, so they gave us another room to move to.
