"Absolutely top notch customer service and the nicest employees. The hotel is older but very clean and in a great area to easily access all Norman has to offer. It was very quiet there and the rooms are spacious and the bed very comfortable. Highly recommend. "

"We had to walk through 4 employees smoking together at the side door.And, they didn’t move, we had to literally walk through them."

"The room was outdated looking with a broken lamp.The bed, sheets, blankets and pillows were uncomfortable. We booked a room with 2 queen beds and got a suite with 1 bed and a pull out sofa that my kids slept on. The pull out sofa had dirty sheets that were stained. The staff did bring up clean sheets right away. The free breakfast looked and smelled amazing. The staff was top notch and really went out of their way for guests. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, with convenience to the campus and town, and the included breakfast was nice. The elevators were a bit slow, especially with one of the three in the main lobby was out of order. My only real disappointment was the bed situation. I booked a 2-bed room for 4 adults. Come to find out, they only have rooms with a king bed and a pull out sofa. So, that was a real let down, as a pull out sofa does not sleep like a bed."
