"We walked in the door is extremely hot and humid. They had dehumidifiers going everywhere and fan so I’m assuming that air conditioner didn’t work. Took 10 minutes for somebody to come to the desk only for them to be extremely rude and talk to me like I was stupid because I didn’t click 147 times to find out there’s a $200 deposit. When I spoke to him, I decided to cancel because of how unprofessional he was, and he began to talk to me like I was a child and even more rude than originally. I’m very happy. I kept my receipt because I’m gonna assume I’m probably never gonna see that money."

"Great size suite, has door to bedroom, 2 doors for bathroom one leading to entrance door. Great size sitting area, couches seemed a little worn. Had new AC in bedroom, kept glitching in room 202. It would reach its coldness and then just stay off, would have to turn off completely and restart. Living room area old unit didn't even try out. Breakfsst was good waffles and some sides. Bed was very comfortable. Was supposed to stay 6 nights but was there for only 2 as the WiFi was not adequate for my wifes schooling and homework assignments. So had to book another hotel, right next door. "

"Great room, really clean a little smaller for a suite size. Bathroom was clean and same for shower, good size TV, and king size bed. Only bad thing was the matress seemed pretty old and I could feel the springs and woke up with some back aches. WIfi was great for the my wife doing her school assignments and classes from the room."

"Check in was a breeze & the clerk was amazing! Sorry I don’t remember her name, but she was funny & full of information. Our room was wonderful. The beds were comfortable & the room & bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was good with a good selection of items. I would definitely stay again, if ever in the area. "

"Everything was very good. We stayed 2 nights. Only complaint we had was plug in bathroom didn’t work and wall outlets in rest of room didn’t hold any connection tight to stay plugged. Any movement would unplug the blow dryer and iron. It was hard enough already having to blow dry your hair outside of the bathroom."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially the man who checked us in, in the middle of the night. The continental breakfast was a nice spread, something for all of us. The rooms were nice and clean with great air conditioning. "
