"Front desk wouldn’t let us check in - I stayed outside with our baby and gave my husband my ID since I’d booked the room. I had to stop feeding my child to go in because….idk they thought he’d stolen a strangers ID and found out I had booked a hotel that night and he was trying to steal that as well? It was major overkill. As in most Hamptons, the pillows are tiny and terrible, but the indoor pool at this location is amazing and its always very clean. Overall positive more than the minor gripes. We always come back for the pool and location."

"Carpets in room had multiple large stains, couch had numerous stains on cushions and arms, closet door was broken, toilet didn't flush without having to hold the handle down, pool was under renovation, and ice makers were out of order all over. Overall for a Junior Suite costing almost $300 a night, it was awful!"

"I did not have a good experience. The room in the mais floor has a TERRIBLE odor, like mold. I could not stay there. Since there was another available room, the staff at the reception was very nice, he understood the issue and he could change my room (he solved the problem). But if there was not an avalilable room, I would have to leave the hotel, because I probably would be sick. The odor was insane. I would not come back to this hotel."

Surface Boutique Hotel Will Rogers AIrport, Restaurant & Bar

"This was a confusing place to stay at and there was an issue with what I was charged to stay. Apparently, this property is owned by Radisson, which was the name on the building. Surface Hotel was on the other side (back of building) and there was a small etching only on the window identifying it. You could not enter through the door where the Surface sign was. Further, you had to walk all the way around to the other side (the Radisson side) to check in and check out. Very inconvenient. The accommodation itself was adequate, nothing fancy, but acceptable. The staff was generally friendly, some very friendly and nice. Finally, there was an issue with what I was charged. There was an add-on charge of a $7.00 "Facility Fee" that I had to pay and then dispute with my credit card company. This charge was NOT included in what Expedia told me that I was to pay. When I tried to get the charge taken off, the staff would not accommodate and remove the charge. So, for these reasons, I would not stay here again, given the opportunity."

"Breakfast was slightly less than typical hot and cold buffet with no hot eggs. They also have a strange shaped waffle iron that doesn't get components in the middle. Several people had problems with their keycards loosing the programming and the elevator sounds like it's on it's last ride. That said, we got a good deal in a convenient location, the staff was great, and it was spotless. I'd definitely stay again."
