"It was great."

"We encountered a toilet that wouldnt stop running. We reported to staff and a worker came and looked at it but it wasnt repaired. It took a second request to get that taken care of. Also the floor of the tub/shower seemed rotted underneath which made the floor lumpy and unsafe. Coffee shop didnt have food items, hotel buffet was pricey. There were some microwave food options, & bottled drinks in lobby shop, but very limited. The hotel was full and the walls seemed thin, lots of noise when trying to get to sleep. We also werent aware of the major construction on the new arena next door, so construction noises added to every thing else. Take earplugs to get some rest. "

"Enjoyed my stay at the Winslow. The staff was extremely accommodating. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, there were plenty of pillows, large towels and a steamer to touch up my clothes. The breakfast was good. I woukd stay there again. "

"Easy access to everything in OKC. Clean, wonderful host , remodeled nicely. Hopefully stay again when in OKC. "

"SMELLS LIKE SMOKE, DIRT, RODENTS—Avoid this property, unless you like the smell of smoke, rodents, and staying in dirty property.—Upon arrival, we noticed cigarette butts littered trHroughout the front lawn. Opening the door to the property, which is very run down on the outside (probably why they don’t include photos of the outside of the property in the listing - WARNING SIGN!}. We were immediately hit with the smell of smoke trying to be covered up by air fresheners. We called the host to make them aware, and were immediately met with “that’s impossible - there is no way it can smell like smoke, that’s against property rules.” After explaining that the cigarette butts in the front yard could have easily been from inside the house, the host said “I can’t control what they do outside. But the rules say the property is smoke free.” I asked if the outside is not part of the propèrty and the question was avoided.The host said they would send “maintenance” over but was insistent it didn’t smell like smoke. —Once the maintenance person arrived with a plastic bag of glad plug in fresheners, he walked in and said he couldn’t smell any smoke. We talked for a while - a very nice guy. But it was clear he wasn’t interested in being truthful about the smell and protecting the host. He contradicted himself a few times saying he didn’t know the host, but then later said he knows the host is very good about making things right (although the earlier phone call didn’t (TO BE CONTINUED)"

"It was very nicely decorated and looks like it was newly renovated. "

"Everything was clean, smelled good, beds were very comfortable. Had problems with the front door lock. It was really tricky when leaving the property to make sure it was locked. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay."

"Randomly see fent addicts in the hallways. Usually 2nd floor. Occasionally having randos (always men) Knocking on the door asking for someone else that's not in your room. (Just don't open the door and they go away with a "wrong room)..."
