"Nice hotel"

"We didn’t feel this place was good value all things considered. The bathroom is shared by many rooms, only one toilet and it’s quite tight, although we got lucky and it was not very busy when we stayed. Elevator is finicky to operate. Stairs can be completely dark, lights were not working ? Location was good, as was parking, the room was clean. The artificial room fragrance was overwhelming, we had to keep the balcony open to air out the room. "

"Hotel itself was fantastic, well located, accommodating, clean and had a very nice atmosphere. The room was beautiful, view was lovely and the aircon was good. You could hear the street noise in the background in the evenings but did not bother me or my partner one bit. Only criticism I would say is the breakfast is limited and did become repetitive after a few days but the food itself was nice! Overall no complaints and would 100% return "

"As first time travellers to Lisbon, we loved this hotel. The location was fantastic, steps from public transit, yet you can still walk to the waterfront easily. Enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel, it’s unique without being over the top. The roof top pool and bar would be an awesome place to spend a day soaking up the sun and relaxing. The rooms were a great size, clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a bathroom stall and a shower they had frosted glass sliding doors. This doesn’t bother us, it was a great size and had fantastic water pressure. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. They gave great recommendations for restaurants and even assisted with ordering dinner, it allowed us to get exactly what we wanted without the language barrier. We had an issue with our safe, I was astounded at how quickly maintenance was there to fix it. We would stay here again, I’d also recommend this hotel to anyone. "
