"The location is great, just beside the metro station that connects to the airport and in the heart of Lisbon. Room was tiny. Staff was fine and most of the time helpful when I needed, except for this one lady that was a bit rude when I questioned why the safe is not bolted the wall. If is not bolted, it defeats the purpose of having a safe available. A good place for a short period stay, I wouldn’t stay there longer than 2 nights. "

"Hotel was kept clean. Well located and access to public transport in close proximity. Our booking was initially for a room with a balcony, but none was available. Instead, the staff offered a room with a bigger bed and free breakfast for each morning of our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

But it's easily reachable by affordable taxis anyhow. Breakfast was a bit conventional and should perhaps be booked before to take advantage of the reduced price. We did not use the spa in the -5th floor, but again it seemed clean and convenient."
