Our small group really enjoyed our stay in Lisbon.We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment with terrace,which was perfect for our needs, the apartment was a really quirky design and spotlessly clean with some great extra touches e.g bottle of wine on arrival, dressing gowns chocolates,and free toiletries. "My wife and I stayed at Casas de Sao Bento at the start and end of our Portugal trip. We had a 1 bedroom first and a smaller room at the end. Both types were very nice. The walk into the more touristy areas is ~ 20 minutes up and over the hill, but it is enjoyable and you get to experience the city more. We got used to that cobblestone walking quickly. The staff were all great. We dealt mostly with Laura on both stays and she was so very patient, helpful and kind to us!"

"Great location! Definitely recommend! The only thng is that if you are light sleeper like me get some earplugs or play some rain on your phone. Im not sure if trash goes by everyday but they go by at midnight so it gets pretty loud plus all the people hanging arou d"

"The Almaria Edificio da Corte Hotel was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in! Filipe, at the front desk, went above and beyond to help us coordinate various aspects of our trip. "This was my first visit to Lisbon and I travel quite a bit. I don’t like to stay in chain hotels, but rather boutique hotels. I was at first a bit apprehensive when I entered the very small entrance, but was then relieved by the welcome and then the beauty of the accommodations themselves. The room looked exactly as it did on the Expedia website. I loved the delivery of fresh bread every morning as well as fresh fruit And wonderful coffee. "

"Great location. It is a little awkward having the reception on the 2nd floor and not having a receptionist there at least during normal business hours. The property is showing sings of wear and tear. The faux leather on the headboards is peeling. It got stuck to my back. The shower faucet could not be adjusted, but water would come so we still managed to take a shower. "
