Le falta remodelar baño y cuarto, Está a 12 cuadras de la Catedral y Mercado pero la calle es peligroso esa zona no salir después de 7 pm , el rumbo no está agradable y por ese precio menos "

"This was a disappointing stay. I decided to spend more than usual on this hotel due to the location and amenities but the amenities were lacking. The main reason I booked this hotel was due to the gym so I could continue training for my hike on Acatenango. The one machine I needed (the treadmill) was out of service for the three days I was there. The other equipment was broken and had missing pieces. The gym is also closed on Sundays. Additionally, there was no hot water in the room and The electricity went out twice for about an hour in the middle of the day on a Sunday. These are things I would expect at hotels in Guatemala at lower price points. For the price I paid, I’m very disappointed. "

Because there are multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, this would be a perfect place for a family stay.A few things to note:1) The street outside (6a Calle) is noisy, even at night. Bring earplugs to help sleep soundly.2) The listing states Zona 5, but the apt is in Zona 13) You'll need to be comfortable climbing stairs. The apt is at the top of a staircase.4) There is no air conditioning in the apt. - but there are fans. We were comfortable keeping the interior atrium doors open and the fans on, but just be aware of this.Andrea, the host, was helpful and communicative, and check-in and out were quick and easy.
