This was such a nice hotel to stay in while visiting family! Walking distance to everything, easy uber rides to Cayala, great food/drinks on the 5th floor! Pool and jacuzzi were amazing with heated pool and large 8 person jacuzzi. Would definitely recommend.

It's a nice hotel, very close to the airport. Has a small sauna and swimming pool and hot tub which were great. Also has many restaurants, so you can stay inside the hotel if you don't want to go out.

Beautiful property, safe location, super convenient to the airport, the room was spacious with very comfortable beds. The weekend brunch was amazing and definitely worth the price. I will definitely return to this hotel the next time we’re in Guatemala!

The Intercontinental in Guatemala City is clean, vibrant and offers great service, nice smell in the hallways. It always looks up to date, and it’s not as huge as the Westin next door. Love to stay at the Inter when I come for business.
